Useful Tips

  • Relaxation - Take regular massages, healing, practice Yoga.
  • Set yourself clear goals, both personally & professionally short term goals (daily/weekly such as getting the lawn mowed), medium goals (monthly such as try to take up a new interest) & long term goals to complete in a year or two.
  • Get organized and work through you list of jobs every day.
  • Listen to your dreams...believe me, your subconscious mind delivers us be very powerful messages and can show you how you can help yourself. Seek out a specialist therapist or a dream interpretation book
  • De-clutter your life why hold on to items that no longer serve you or you don’t like anymore. Less clutter = less maintenance & more time.
  • Write your way clear - keep a diary to write your thoughts down an instant stress reliever.
  • Watch your diet & drinking habits…moderation & balance is the key.
  • Practice deep breathing.
  • Be assertive - you need to accept that you have as much right as everyone else to certain things.
  • Visualize. Just as you tried before or if you find this hard to do please buy one of my CDs, I have been told my many, they are great to visualize, relax and de stress.
  • Use affirmations - repeat positive things to yourself until you actually believe them, such as ‘I am calm and relaxed.’
  • Practice mindfulness - live in the here and now.
  • Exercise the stress out - for example go for a gentle walk in nature every day.
  • Laugh, enjoy life to the full, and see the funny side of life when you can.
